Qiongtai Normal University（QTNU) which dates back to Qiongtai Academy of Hainan founded in 1705 (Emperor Kangxi 44, Qing Dynasty) is an education institution aiming at the cultivation of teachers for primary schools and kindergartens in Hainan Province.
The university is located in the provincial capital, Haikou City, Hainan Province, which enjoys beautiful natural environment and great convenience in transportation. At present, our university has two campuses: Fucheng Campus and Guilinyang Campus , covering a total area of 72 hectares and construction area of 30.5 hectares. Our university has over 10,000 enrolled full-time students and 663 staff and faculty.
The university provides international students with comfortable living condition, great teaching facilities, making our best to meet the needs of students.
The university is now performing cooperation with institutions of higher education in Europe and Asia. Now we have international students from Russia, Uzbekistan, Pakistan and etc. Meanwhile, each year our teachers will have opportunities to join in the exchange programs in Malaysia, Russia, Ukraine and Italy.

Цюнтайский педагогический университет, именуемый ранее Цюнтайским педагогическим колледжем, был основан в 1705 году.
Это единственный университет, который подготавливает учителей для начальных школ и детских садов в провинции Хайнань. В настоящее время наш университет имеет два корпуса: корпус в районе Фучхэна и в районе Гуйлиньян, общей площадью 73 га, площадь застройки составляет 305 000м². Наш университет имеет более 10 000 студентов очной формы обучения и 663 сотрудника и преподавателя, в том числе 172 доцента и профессора. В настоящее время университет подготавливает специалистов по 43 специальностям, педагогической и непедагогической направленности. Обучение ведется по специальностям педагогической направленности: китайский язык и литература, начальное образование, изобразительное искусство, естественно - научное образование, музыка, дошкольное образование, английский язык, искусство и дизайн, компьютерные науки и технологии т. д. Специальности непедагогической направленности:
делопроизводство, компьютеризация бухгалтерского учета, садоводство, английский язык и международные отношения, русский язык, гостиничный менеджмент, туризм, управление связями с общественностью, компьютерный дизайн, дизайн интерьера, дизайн мультипликации, компьютерные сети и технологии, разработка программного обеспечения, менеджмент в сфере культуры, менеджмент в области физкультуры и спорта, организация гольф-клубов.
Кроме того, наш университет активно сотрудничает с университетами других стран и осуществляя обмен студентами. У нас есть программа сотрудничества с университетом в Великобритании. В нашем университете обучаются студенты из России, Казахстана, Украины, Республики Корея и Пакистана. Преподавательский состав ежегодно проходит стажировку за границей.

3. The university will inform the applicant about the admission result. (Via the email in the application form)
4. After being admitted, the university will prepare for applicants’ Visa Application for Study in China and admission letter and mail them to the applicants.
5. Students enroll on time and pay the tuition, accommodation, and insurance fees.
6. Enrolled students will have the physical exmination and finish the application for residence permit within 30 days after the entry into China.
