Guizhou Aerospace Vocational Technical College is one of the First-Batch Provincial Full-time Higher Vocational Colleges approved by national ministry of education and established independently, and also a comprehensive vocational college that is engineering oriented with integration of arts and science, economics, management and other disciplines. The instructional affairs of college are under immediate management of Guizhou Provincial Department of Education.
There are 3 campuses and they are Xinpu Campus, Yan'An Road Campus and Xiazi Campus. The total floor area is more than 13 million square meters and construction area is more than 880,000 square meters. There are seven departments (Department of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Automobile Engineering, Department of Electronic Engineering, Department of Computer Science, Department of Economic Management, Basic Sciences Department, and Department Construction Engineering Management), four sections (social science education section, adult education section, secondary vocational section, training section), 56 majors and over 15,000 full-time students.
We have employed 441 full-time and part-time teachers, including 51 associate professors or above, 15 professional and technical bidding evaluation experts, 4 of overseas study experience, 2 municipal master studios and 1 provincial master studio.
