1.1 Application Requirements 申请条件
(1) Applicants shall abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of the university, know China and love China and have not been subject to any disciplinary action.
(2) Applicants shall be new graduates with excellent academic performance at the junior college stage, passed all the courses and met the graduation requirements of the junior college.
(3) Certificate of HSK Band 4 or above.
(4) Applicants must be under the age of 25, with physical and mental health and the ability to continue the study.

（1）遵守中国的法律法规和学校的规章制度，知华友华，未受到任何纪律处分；
（2）专科阶段学习成绩优秀，已修课程全部合格，达到毕业条件的优秀专科应届毕业生；
（3）需取得HSK 四级或以上证书；
（4）年龄不超过25周岁，身心健康，具有继续修学的能力。 、

1.2 Application Procedure and Admission 申请流程和录取
(1) Eligible students are required to submit the following application materials through the online application system for international students of HYIT (http://admission.hyit.edu.cn/Account/Login) before May 30, 2021:
① Application Form for International Student of HYIT from http://gjy.hyit.edu.cn/info/1037/2135.htm;
② An academic transcript in the former junior college with the official seal of the Academic Affairs Office;
③ A letter of Certificate of no violation of discipline issued by the former school and proof of graduation on schedule;
④ A health certificate;
⑤ A Copy of HSK certificate;
⑥ Copies of the front page of the passport and the residence permit page.
(2)The School of International Education of HYIT is responsible for reviewing students’ application materials, organizing interviews, and issuing pre-registration notices to the interviewed students. After a student pays the accommodation fee before the date specified in the notice, the school will issue a formal admission notice. 
(3)The School of International Education of HYIT will prepare and publish the admission notice and send the admission materials including the Admission Notice and the “Visa Application Form for International Students Studying Abroad” (JW202) to the students’ former schools from end of June to early July. Students are supposed to go through the formal registration procedure according to the date specified in the Admission Notice.
(4)For those who fail to obtain a diploma on time, the “Upgrading from Junior College Student to University Students” qualification is automatically canceled.

（1）具备报名资格的学生需于2021年5月30日前通过我校留学生报名系统（http://admission.hyit.edu.cn/Account/Login）提交下列申请材料：
①《淮阴工学院来华留学生入学申请表》，下载地址http://gjy.hyit.edu.cn/info/1037/2135.htm。
②加盖学校教务处公章的学习成绩单；
③所在学校出具的推荐信和按期毕业证明；
④健康证明；
⑤提供HSK证书复印件；
⑥护照首页和居留许可页的复印件；
（2）淮阴工学院国际教育学院负责审查学生的申请材料，组织面试。对通过面试学生发放预录取通知书，学生于通知书上规定日期前缴纳住宿金后，学校发放正式录取通知书。
（3）淮阴工学院国际教育学院制作录取通知书并于6月底7月初将录取材料（包括《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）寄达学生所在学校。学生按照《录取通知书》中规定的日期办理正式报到手续。
（4） 未能按时取得专科毕业文凭应届生，其“专转本”资格自动取消。

2.Master Programs 研究生

2.1 Application Requirements 申请条件
(1) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens, in good health, with good conduct, abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of the school, know China and love China, and have not been subject to any disciplinary action.
(2) Applicants shall be new graduates with excellent academic performance at the undergraduate stage, passed all the courses and met the graduation requirements of the university.
(3) Language requirements: certificate of HSK Band 4 or above.
(4) Applicants must be under the age of 35, with physical and mental health and the ability to continue the study.
（1）申请人须为非中国籍公民，身体健康，品行端正，遵守中国的法律法规和学校的规章制度，知华友华，未受到任何纪律处分；
（2）本科阶段学习成绩优秀，已修课程全部合格，达到毕业条件的优秀本科应届毕业生；
（3） 语言要求：需取得HSK 四级或以上证书；
（4） 年龄不超过35周岁，身心健康，具有继续修学的能力。

2.2 Application Procedure and Admission 申请流程和录取

③ A letter of recommendation issued by the former school and proof of graduation on schedule;
④ Study plan (no less than 200 words)
⑤ A health certificate;
⑥ A copy of HSK certificate;
⑦ Copies of the front page of the passport and the residence permit page;
⑧ Two recommendation letters from two professors or two associate professors in either Chinese or English.
(2) The School of International Education of HYIT is responsible for reviewing students’ application materials, organizing interviews, and issuing pre-registration notices to the interviewed students. After a student pays the accommodation fee before the date specified in the notice, the school will issue a formal admission notice. 
(3) The School of International Education of HYIT will prepare and publish the admission notice and send the admission materials including the Admission Notice and the “Visa Application Form for International Students Studying Abroad” (JW202) to the students’ former schools from end of June to early July. Students are supposed to go through the formal registration procedure according to the date specified in the Admission Notice.
(4) For those who fail to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree certificate on time, the  qualification for HYIT master program is automatically canceled.

1. Upgrading Bachelor Programs 专转本

1.1 Fees for Studying at HYIT (RMB) 费用（人民币）

(3) Teaching materials: 800 yuan/person/year
(4) Accommodation fee: 3000 yuan/person/year (double room), 1500 yuan/person/year (four-bed room)
(5) Accommodation deposit: 4,100 yuan/person/year(offset the corresponding accommodation fee and miscellaneous expenses after registration)
(6) Comprehensive medical insurance: 600 yuan /person/year (paid after registration)
(7)  Medical examination fee: 300 yuan/person/year (paid after registration)
(8)  Visa fee: 400 yuan/person/year (paid after registration)

1.2 Scholarships奖学金政策

(1) Successful applicants can apply for “HYIT Scholarship for Outstanding International Students”, the amount of which is RMB 15,000 per person for science or engineering students and RMB 10,500 per person for liberal arts students.
(2) After enrollment, students can apply for on-campus part-time job while studying at school and can get an annual stipend of 2000-3000 yuan.
(3) Scholarship awarded students are required to refund all the amount of scholarships they received to school if they transfer to another school for personal reasons.

（1）被录取者可申请“淮阴工学院优秀来华留学生奖学金”，金额为：理工科每年每人15000元人民币，文科每年每人10500元人民币。
（2）入学后可申请承担校内勤工助学工作，每年可获得2000-3000元助学金。
（3）如因个人原因转学，须退还已享受的全部奖学金资助费用。

2.Master 硕士
