Changzhou Vocational Institute of Industry Technology (CIIT) is a full-time general vocational college under the administration of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education. It is a demonstrative vocational institute of Jiangsu. CIIT was established in 1958, has 8 teaching units, namely, Overseas Education School, Digital Business School, Tourism and Wellness School, Information Engineering School, Material Engineering School, Machinery and Transportation School, Intelligent Control School, and Art & Creativity School, containing 46 majors. The institute was listed in “Top Fifty of Educational Achievements" and "Top Fifty of International Influence".

At present, the institute has more than 15,000 full-time students and over 700 faculty members. The institute has been awarded “The First Grade of Jiangsu University Comprehensive Assessment” for five consecutive years. In recent years, the institute has enrolled over 500 international students from more than 30 countries. The institute has the Tajikistan Study Center, “the Belt and Road” Central-Asian Study Center and several Overseas Talents Training Bases. The institute wasawarded as the “Jiangsu Provincial Advanced Collective of International Students Education” and “ EducationPlus 2023 Typical Vocational Education Exchange and Cooperation Institute”.

Diploma students: The education system is three years, with 2 majors taught in English and 6 majors taught in Chinese. If the credits are completed and meet the graduation requirements, graduation is granted. In addition, our school recommends outstanding graduates to enter undergraduate institutions for study (3+2 undergraduate programs).

Note:
Each dormitory contains 2. For 2-4 person dorm: independent kitchen, parlor, bathroom, shower with 24-hour hot water, each room with air-conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, induction cooker and microwave oven. Utilities at your own expense.

申请条件 Enrollment Requirements
1.非中国籍公民；
Non-Chinese citizens;
2.具有相当于中国高中毕业或同等学历证书；
Have a certificate equivalent to Chinese high school graduation or equivalent;
3.年龄在18-25周岁之间，具有独立学习与生活能力，品行端正，身心健康；
Aged between 18-25 years old, with independent learning and living ability, good conduct, physical and mental health;
4.有一定经济基础，能承担来华留学产生的各项费用；
Have a certain economic foundation, and be able to bear the expenses incurred by studying in China;
5.有兴趣学习中文和相关专业，了解中国社会、经济、文化；
Be interested in learning Chinese and related majors, and understand Chinese society, economy and culture;
6.需提供语言能力证明：英文授课专业申请人必须具备用英语进行交流和学习的能力，并提供有效证明。中文授课专业需HSK4级（总分≥180分）或以上证书。
Applicants for English speaking majors must have the ability to communicate and learn in English and provide valid proof. Chinese language teaching majors require a HSK Level 4 (total score≥180) or above certificate.

申请材料 Application Materials
1.护照个人信息页（护照有效期应至少三年以上）；
Passport Personal Information Page (the validity of passport should be 3 years or more).
2.高中毕业证、高中成绩单（英文翻译公证件）；
High school diploma & transcript (with an English translation notarized copy).
3.《外国人体格检查表》；
Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
4.无犯罪记录证明；
No criminal certificate.
5.英语或汉语水平证明；
English or Chinese proficiency certificates.
6.家庭经济担保书（需附担保人有效身份证件副本）；
Finance Supporting Documents (A copy of guarantor’s valid identity documents should be attached).
7.本人近期2 寸白底免冠照片（电子照片）；
Recent 2-inch photo with white bottom and no crown (electronic photo).
8.最近一次的来华签证或在华居留许可（如有须提供。如隐瞒在华经历，影响入学报到注册，责任自负）；
The most recent Chinese Visa or Chinese Residence Permit (Provide if any. If he/she conceals his/her experience in China and it affects his/her enrollment, he/she shall bear the responsibility).

申请及入学流程 Application and Admission Process

3.学校审核申请人材料；
The school reviews the applicant's documents;
4.通过网络远程面试等途径对申请人进行录取前考察；
Pre-admission examination of applicants through web-based remote interviews, etc.;
5.决定录取后，发送扫描件《录取通知书》。学生缴纳报名费后，学校向申请人寄发《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）；
The school sends a scanned copy of the admission letter. Upon payment of the application fee, the school will send the applicant the original Admission Letter and Visa Application for Study in China (Table JW202).
6.申请人持《录取通知书》、《外国人体格检查记录》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》前往中国驻外使（领）馆办理来华学习签证（X1签证）；
The applicant shall apply for a study visa in China (X1 visa) at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in his or her country with the Admission Letter, the Medical Examination Records of Foreigners and the Visa Application for Study in China (table JW202);
7.申请人在《录取通知书》中规定时间内到学校报到。
The applicant should arrive at the school within the time specified in the Admission Letter.
8.留学生报到后复查申请人申请资料和录取资料；
The application and admission information will be rechecked upon registration.
9.体检；
Physical Examination;
10.对申请人语言水平和学习能力进行测试；
To test the language proficiency and learning ability of the applicants;
11.学籍注册。
