Liupanshui Normal University(LNU) was founded in 1978, located in Liupanshui City, which is honored as the “ Cool City of China”, In March, 2009, the college was upgraded to a full-time common undergraduate university.
The campus covers 1315 acres. This includes 360,000 square meters of teaching and office buildings.The library is in stock with 1,600,000 printed books, LNU has 9 experimental centers and 110 off-campus internship and training bases.
At present, there are 859 t2eachers and staff. The team includes 64 professors, 246 associate professors, with 437 holding MA degrees and 70 holding PhDs. At LNU, 61 experts are honored for their achievements by the municipal government and 1 by the provincial government. There is also 1 provincial famous teacher. The university has almost 11,000 full-time students.
Now, LNU comprises 15 schools, 44 undergraduate programs,covering 10 disciplines: such as Engineering,Science, Education, Literature etc. LNU has enrolled students from 16 provinces. LNU owns 1 national“Professional Comprehensive Reform Pilot Program”, 1 provincial-level specialty, 1 provincial-level distinctive key discipline, 1 provincial-level key discipline, 4 disciplines strongly supported by the provincial government, 1 provincial engineering technology research center, 1 provincial scientific experiment platform, 1 provincial key laboratory as well as 1 science and technology innovation team.
At present, the university undertakes 1450 scientific research subjects at various levels, including 11 state-level scientific research subjects, 207 provincial-level scientific research subjects as well as 201 municipal-level scientific research subjects.
LNU attaches great importance to intercommunication, and actively conducts academic exchanges with universities and institutions abroad. The university has sent some experts and scholars to study in the USA, the UK, Australia, Canada and other countries. It has, so far, established friendly links and strategy cooperation with Chiang Mai University, Tailand, and other 3 colleges in Taiwan. LNU has also established and expanded counterpart cooperation with Shanghai University of Engineering Science, Liaoning Normal University etc.

2) Curriculum Vitae (in Chinese)
3) Copies of highest degree and diploma certificates
4) Scanned copies of passport (the page with photo)
5) Valid health certificate( Health examination form)
6) Financial statement (provide a copy of bank deposit of over ten thousand yuan)
7) The applicants under the age of 18 years old should submit Letters of approval and provide the emergency contact number of their legal guardians in China

02.Qualification review and acceptance
The university will review the submitted materials and accept the excellent applicants. After admission. the university will issue “Admission notice for students studying in Liupanshui Normal University”.
03. Visa application
After receiving the admission notice. the applicant should take the “Visa application for study in China” (JW202 form) to a local embassy or consulate to apply for an X-entrance visa for international student.
04. Registration
Students should take a valid passport and the Admission notice for students studying in Liupanshui Normal University to register at the Office of Foreign Exchanges and Cooperation within the proscribed period of time and go through the admission procedure.
1.Tuition fee
The tuition fee is 4,100 yuan per year and the accommodation fee is 3,000 yuan per year.
2. Scholarship
The scholarship aims to reward the self-funded international students who study hard and have excellent performance during their study in Liupanshui Normal University. The scholarship is RMB1000 yuan per year for first-class scholarship, RMB800 yuan per year for second-class scholarship, and RMB600yuan per year for third-class scholarship. There is no scholarship for Chinese-Language Program students.
