Founded in 2000. It is a full-time ordinary undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. Located at the heart of Qingdao's east campus.The school mainly focuses on engineering and management, and covers 9 disciplines, including engineering, education, management, art, agronomy, economics, literature, medicine and law. There are currently 14 academic colleges, 30 undergraduate majors , 43 general higher vocational .There are nearly 20,000 full-time undergraduate students.
Hengxing University has established cooperative relations with more than 40 foreign universities, including Lambton College in Canada, Kettering University in the United States, Fraser River Valley University in Canada, University of Napierin Edinburgh, Roya1 Institute of Technology in Bangkok, Thailand, Image University in Korea and Jeonju University in Korea. In order to promote Chinese language education, Hengxing Chinese schools have been established. International Exchange, academic exchange study abroad, teacher student exchange and other international school—running activities have been actively carried out.

We provide international student accommodation and Hengxing Hotel for international students. Each dormitory is equipped with a separate bathroom (shower) bedding, desk wardrobe air conditioning, wireless network 24-hour hot water; each floor has self-service laundry, kitchen. The campus is equipped with ATM machines, campus supermarkets for international students，it provides a convenient and comfortable accommodation for international students.
