Wuhan Polytechnic University, located in Wuhan City of Hubei Province known as a “thoroughfare to 9 provinces”, was founded in 1951. WHPU operates on the principle of “Basing itself on education, taking quality as the means of development, strengthening itself with talents, and highlighting its unique features.” The disciplines concerning food science are its distinct features. Besides, Agro-product Processing and Transformation and other related disciplines have distinct characteristics. Engineering is its main body. Engineering, Management, Science, Humanities, Economics, Agriculture, Art and Law develop in coordination. Now the University has been developed into an influential multiversity. WHPU now covers an area of over 1,000,000 square meters, with the building area of 600,000 square meters. And it has 70 undergraduate specialties and 83 disciplines authorized to grant master’s degree. Currently the number of full- time students is over 20,000.
Accommodation Fee: 3000(double room),6000 RMB(single room)/year/person（The expense of water, electricity, natural gas and the Internet is excluded. ） The room is equipped with necessary furniture, refrigerator, air conditioner,water- heater, broadband access, bathroom, etc.The specific accommodation standard shall be subject to the relevant regulations of the university.
Bachelor: International economics and trade Master: Applied Economics（Finance、Industrial Economics、International Trade）、Business Management（Enterprise Management、Tourism Management、Technology Economics and Management）、Rural development, as well as the majors listed in "Wuhan Polytechnic University Postgraduate Enrollment Directory in 2023".
II. Application Requirements(Bachelor&Master)
Bachelor:The applicant must have a passport as the citizen of a foreign country,be wellbehaved,healthy,willing to obey Chinese laws and the school regulations,and respect the Chinese customs and traditions.
Besides, the following regulations should be followed as well:
1. Over age 18(From September 1, 2005)
2.The qualified high school graduation certificate or other higher degrees
3.Excellent command of English, capable of completing studies in English
4.No criminal record.
Master:The applicant must have a passport as the citizen of a foreign country, be well- behaved, healthy, willing to obey Chinese laws and the school regulations, and respect
the Chinese customs and traditions. Besides, the following regulations should be followed as well:
1. The qualified bachelor’s degree certificate or other higher degrees;
2. No criminal record

Complete the form in English or Chinese and attach an electronic passport photo to it.
(2)The scanned copy of high school graduation certificate

(5) Letter of Financial Guarantee from the applicant’s family
(6)Applicants who have studied in China should provide evidence of their academic performances issued by their previous institution

Master:

Applicants log on the website whpu.at0086.cn/Student and name the file according to its contents and upload it to the system.
* The application materials will not be returned. Applicants must be responsible for the authenticity of the submitted materials. Once false materials are found, they will be
rejected directly. The application will not be processed if the application materials are incomplete.

Special Declaration: Wuhan Polytechnic University doesn’t provide service for the students who have special demands for food, drinks, etc.
School Fees (Bachelor&Master):
Bachelor:
1.Tuition Fee：18,000 RMB /year.
2.Accommodation Fee: double room 3000 RMB/year/person , single room 6000 RMB/year/person（The expense of water, electricity, natural gas and the Internet is excluded）.The room equipped with necessary furniture, refrigerator, air conditioner, water- heater, broadband access, bathroom, etc. The specific accommodation standard shall be subject to the relevant regulations of the university.
3.Insurance Fee:1150 yuan/year (including 350 yuan college student medical insurance fee and 800 yuan commercial insurance fee). Applicants should purchase
the full amount of commercial insurance required by the school before entering school.
4.Textbooks Fee: It depends on the study plan each semester. (3)You should pay tuition, accommodation and insurance fees on time.
