学校留学生公寓采用巴洛克建筑风格，庭院式格局，环境优美，设施齐全。公寓内设有 60 间双人间，285 间单人间，10 间厨房。每个房间都设有带淋浴的独立卫生间，有电视机、冰箱等家用电器，所有公寓房间室内有书桌、衣柜、椅子、床等配套家具，且所有家具均为纯实木材质，达到了既环保、又美观的效果，每个房间均配有无线WIFI 网络。学校统一安排专业清洁人员打扫公寓卫生，保持公共区域整洁。公寓内设有公共洗衣房，公共厨房内配有电磁炉、电烤箱，留学生可根据需要自由使用。

Our university’s international student apartment adopts Baroque architectural style, with courtyard-style pattern, beautiful environment and complete facilities. The apartment has 60 double rooms, 285 single rooms, and 10 kitchens. Each room has a separate bathroom with shower, TV, refrigerator and other household appliances. All apartment rooms have desk, wardrobe, chair, bed and other supporting furniture, and all furniture is made of pure solid wood. each room is equipped with wireless WIFI network. Professional cleaners to clean the apartments and keep the public areas tidy. There is a public laundry room in the apartment, and the public kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker and an electric oven. International students can use them freely according to their needs.

一、申请资格

1、申请人须为非中国籍公民；

2、身体健康状况符合国家规定的体检要求；

3、非在华申请者或中国境内高校往届毕业生；

4、来华攻读本科学位者，须已获得高中毕业证，

来华攻读硕士学位者，须已获得学士学位且年龄不超过35周岁，

   来华攻读博士学位者，须已获得硕士学位且年龄不超过40周岁；

5、学业成绩优良；

6、具有较强的科研能力；

二、申请材料

申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料（均为一式两份）：

1、填写《东北农业大学外国留学生入学申请表》，在申请人签字处签名；

2、经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的预毕业证明。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；

3、攻读本科学位者须提供高中阶段成绩单；攻读硕士学位者须提供本科阶段成绩单；攻读博士学位者须提供本科阶段和硕士研究生阶段成绩单。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；

4、来华学习和研究计划，不少于800字，用中文或英文书写；

5、提交两封推荐信，用中文或英文书写；

6、发表过的学术论文或学术成果（如有可附）；

7、如已通过HSK考试，请提供汉语水平证书复印件；

8、护照复印件1份；

9、两寸白色背景证件照片6张；

10、《外国人体格检查记录》(复印件，原件自行保留)：此表格须用英文填写，检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间；

11、导师同意接收函（如有可附）。

1. Eligibility

1) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens.

2) Applicants should be in health physical condition.  

3) Applicants should be living abroad or previous graduates of universities in China.

4) Education background and age limit:

- Applicants for undergraduate degree studies must have high school diploma.

- Applicants for master degree studies must have bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35.

- Applicants for doctoral degree studies must have master’s degree and be under the age of 40.

5) Excellent achievement in your area of study.

6) Comparative good ability in research.

2. Application Materials

Applicants must fill in and provide the following materials truly and correctly (in duplicate). 

{C}1) {C}Fill Application Form for International Students to Study at NEAU and leave the signature in the required blank.

{C}2) {C}Highest diploma (notarized photocopy). If applicants are university students, they shall provide pre-graduation certificates. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be included with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

3) Applicants for undergraduate studies are required to provide high school transcripts. Applicants for graduate studies are required to provide undergraduate transcripts. Applicants for doctoral studies need to provide undergraduate transcripts and graduate transcripts. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be included with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

4) A study or research plan in Chinese or in English (no less than 800 words).

5) Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English.

6) Published academic papers and academic achievements (not compulsory).

7) A copy of HSK certificate (not compulsory).

8) A copy of the passport.

9) Six 2 inch ID photos with white background.

10) Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form filled in English. The medical examinations results are valid for 6 months. All applicants are kindly requested to take this factor into consideration while determining the time to take this medical examination.

11)  Acceptance letter from a supervisor (not compulsory)

中国政府奖学金内容和标准

1、免交注册费、学费和校内住宿费；

2、提供中国政府奖学金来华留学生综合医疗保险；

3、 提供奖学金生生活费，生活费由学校按月发给本人

      4、学校为中国政府奖学金生提供免费校内住宿，博士研究生和硕士研究生每人一间房。

■关于奖学金生费用的补充说明： 

1、奖学金生要求进行超出学校教学计划的实验或实习，所超出费用由本人自理。
      2、奖学金生生活费自奖学金生入学之日起逐月定期发放，享受生活费的中国政府奖学金生应按要求根据每月签到通知到留学生管理办公室进行报到确认，以便顺利领取当月的生活费。

3、新生当月十五日（含十五日）之前注册的，发给全月奖学金生活费；十五日以后注册的，发给半个月奖学金生活费。毕业生的奖学金生活费发至学校确定毕业之日以后的半个月。休学、退学或结业回国者，奖学金生活费自下个月起停发。

4、奖学金生因患严重疾病需休学者，应回国休养，回国旅费自理。经学校批准休学者，享受奖学金资格，最长可保留一年，但休学期间停发奖学金生活费。奖学金生因其他原因休学者，其享受奖学金的资格不予保留。
       5、中国政府奖学金来华留学生综合保险：是指由中国教育部统一为在华奖学金生所投付的综合医疗保险。主要用于学生因大病住院或发生人身意外伤害所支付的费用。

 6、中国政府奖学金主要资助奖学金生本人，如需携带陪读家属，涉及费用请自理。

 Details of the CSC Scholarship

Full scholarship:

1) Exempt from registration fee, tuition fee, and fee for accommodation on campus;

2) Fee for Comprehensive Medical Insurance and Benefit Plan for International Students in China.

3) Monthly living allowance is paid to the students by the host institution

4) NEAU provides free accommodation for Chinese Government Scholarship students. One doctoral student or master student shall live in one room.   

NOTES:

1) Costs of the laboratory experiments or internship which go beyond the university’s arrangements will be the responsibility of the student.

2) Scholarship students shall get their monthly living allowance from the date of registration. Chinese Government Scholarship students who enjoy monthly living allowance should register at International Students Office within a month notice, to ensure they will receive their living allowance.

3) The new students who register before the 15th (15th included) of the registration month will enjoy the whole amount of living allowance of that month; those who register after the 15th will get half a month. Graduates will get the living allowances till 15 days after the graduation date set by NEAU. The scholarship will be terminated the month after students suspend their studies, quit or graduate from NEAU.

4）Scholarship students who have to suspend their education due to illness should return to their home country for further treatment and rest. The international travel expenses of returning and coming back should be paid by the recipient. The students, who are allowed by the school authority to suspend their education, can retain their scholarship. The scholarship status will be reserved one year at the most; however, the monthly living allowance will be stopped during the suspension of education. The scholarship for students who suspend their education for reasons other than illness will be terminated.

5) Comprehensive Medical Insurance and Benefit Plan for International Students in China are provided by MOE for the scholarship students in China in case of hospitalizing for serious diseases and accidental injuries.

6) The scholarship is mainly supporting student him/herself; if the student consider bringing his/her family members, he/she needs to afford the cost of living for family members.
