To be eligible, applicants must: be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health;

1. Undergraduate Program

1) Application form for Henan University of Science and Technology with photo and signature

2) Transcripts of the Most Advanced Studies and Diploma of the Most Advanced Studies

（Notarized Photocopy）

3) HSK examination score report(level 4 or above, program taught in Chinese)

4) Four passport-size photos

5) Students 20+ please attach CV

6) Non-criminal certificate

7) Original Physical Examination Record and Blood Test Report

8) Bank Statement

9) Copy of passport

2. Postgraduate Program

1) Application form for Henan University of Science and Technology with photo and signature

2) Study plan in China（over 600 words）

3) Diploma of the Most Advanced Studies(Notarized Photocopy)

4) Transcripts of the Most Advanced Studies(Notarized Photocopy)

5) Two Recommendation Letters from professors with telephone number and mail address

6) Four passport-size photos

7) Copy of passport

8) Non-criminal certificate

9) Original Physical Examination Record and Blood Test Report

10) Bank Statement

11) HSK examination score report(level 4 or above, program taught in Chinese)

VI. Application Procedure

Please send the above materials to us via email. We will review the materials. We will then email you if we require supplementary material. 

On successful admission, we will post you the admission notice of Henan University of Science and Technology and JW202 table form. To obtain Chinese Visa (X visa for students) you should take all these documents with you and copies of each document. 

Registration time will be notified later，When you report to school please bring the original copy of the above materials.
