东北林业大学留学生公寓设有单人间及双人间供留学生选择。每个学生宿舍都设有卫生间，冰箱，衣柜，和桌椅等设备。公寓楼内设有公共洗衣房和公共厨房，供留学生使用。公寓楼内的健身中心宽敞明亮、设备齐全，为留学生日常健身、学习瑜伽等提供场地。
    留学生如需校外住宿，须提交校外住宿申请表，并征得国际交流学院同意，并且需要在其住宅区的派出所登记，并从当地派出所获得住宿登记表。住在校外的国际学生必须保证租赁合同是合法和有效的。
    Single rooms and twin rooms are provided for international students at Northeast Forestry University. There is equipment such as bathroom, refrigerator, wardrobe, desk and chair inside the room. There are public laundry rooms and kitchens which are available.  The fitness center is bright, spacious and well-equipped. International students can do exercise or hold Yoga classes there.  
    International students who need to live off campus must submit the Application Form for Living off Campus and get the approval from teachers with School of International Education and Exchanges. International students who live off campus must register themselves at the local police station in their residential area and obtain Accommodation Certificate there. Besides, they must ensure that the rental contract with the house owner is legitimate and reliable.

东林校长奖学金
（一）申请资格
新生奖学金申请人必须拥有外国国籍，持有外国有效护照并满足以下条件：
1. 对华友好，尊重我国的社会公德和风俗习惯；
2. 品学兼优，学习成绩优良；
3. 身心健康，无违法犯罪记录；
4. 申请学士学位的留学生，应具有高中毕业证书或同等学力；申请硕士学位的留学生，应具有大学本科学士学位或同等学力；
5. 申请中文授课项目的留学生，须获得相应等级的汉语水平考试（HSK）合格证书，其中申请理学、工学、农学、医学、经济学、管理学、艺术学学科专业者，原则上需要达到HSK四级180分及以上；申请文学、法学学科专业者，原则上需要达到HSK五级180分及以上。申请全英文授课本科项目的留学生，英语水平应达到雅思6.0分或托福80分（或同等水平）及以上；申请硕士研究生的留学生，英语水平应达到雅思6.5分或托福95分（或同等水平）及以上。
（二）奖学金种类及标准
奖学金用于资助申请来我校接受学历教育的新生，主要用于资助本科和硕士研究生。奖学金期限为一年，奖励标准为：
一等奖学金：减免学费、免住宿费
二等奖学金：减免学费
三等奖学金：学费给予50%优惠
中国政府奖学金
（一）申请途径和申请时间
申请人应每年11月至次年3月在线向国家留学基金委和东北林业大学提出申请。
（二）申请资格
1.申请人须为非中国籍公民，身体健康；
2.学历和年龄要求：
a)来华攻读本科学位者，须高中毕业，年龄不超过25周岁；
b)来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过 35 周岁；
c)来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过 40 周岁；
3.语言要求：
a)申请中文授课项目的留学生，需要达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级180分及以上。
b)申请全英文授课本科项目的留学生，英语水平应达到雅思6.0或托福80分（或同等水平）及以上；申请研究生的，英语水平应达到雅思 6.5或托福95分（或同等水平）及以上。
4.学习成绩优良；
5.具有较强的科研能力；
6.未获得其它任何奖学金资助。
（三）奖学金内容和全额奖学金标准
1.免交学费、住宿费和报名费；
2.提供来华留学生综合医疗保险 800 元/人/年；
3.提供奖学金生活费，生活费由学校按月发给学生本人，标准为：
 本科生：2500元/月
 硕士研究生：3000 元/月；
 博士研究生：3500 元/月。
国际中文教师奖学金
（一）资助内容
国际中文教师奖学金资助内容包括：学费，住宿费，生活费（四周奖学金除外）综合医疗保险费。其中，一学年和一学期研修生的生活费标准为：人民币2500元/月。
（二）资助对象
1.非中国籍人士；
2.对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、 法规和学校的规章制度；
3.身心健康，品学兼优；
4.有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作；
5.年龄为 16-35 周岁，在职中文教师放宽至 45 周岁，本科奖学金申请者一般不超过 25 周岁。
（三）奖学金类别及申请条件
1. 一学年研修生
每年 9 月入学，资助期限为 11 个月。不录取享受过 同类奖学金的申请者。
国际中文教育方向，汉语考试成绩达到 HSK（三级） 270 分，具有 HSKK 成绩；汉语言文学、中国历史、中国哲 学等方向，汉语考试成绩达到 HSK（四级）180 分、HSKK （中级）60 分；汉语研修方向，汉语考试成绩达到 HSK（三 级）210 分，提供 HSKK 成绩者优先。
2.一学期研修生
每年 9 月和次年3 月入学，资助期限为 5 个月。 不录取护照上有 X1、X2 签证者。
国际中文教育、汉语言文学、中国历史、中国哲学等方向，汉语考试成绩达到 HSK （三级）180 分，具有 HSKK 成绩；中医、太极文化方向， 具有 HSK 成绩，同时提供 HSKK 成绩者优先。
3.四周研修生
每年7 月或 12 月入学，资助期限为 4 周。不录取护照上有 X1、X2 签证者。
汉语研修、中医、太极文化、汉语言+中国家庭体验等方向，具有 HSK 成绩。可由推荐机构组团进行报名，每团 10-15 人。

Northeast Forestry University President Scholarship for Outstanding Foreign Students
Ⅰ. Eligibility
Applicants must be non-Chinese nationals, hold valid passport and fulfill the following requirements;
1. Be friendly to China, respect the social traditions and customs;
2. Excellent results in study and have good academic performance;
3. Be in good health and don’t have any criminal acts;
4. Applicants for bachelors’ degree must have graduated at high school and applicants for master degree studies must have bachelors’ degree or have the equivalent level of degree;
5. Language requirements:
a) For Chinese-taught programs, HSK certificate should be obtained. Applicants majoring in Science, Engineering, Agriculture, Medicine, Economics, Management and Art should pass HSK Test Level 4 or those majoring in Literature and Laws should pass HSK Test Level 5.
b) For English-taught programs, bachelors should get no less than 6.0 in IELTS or 80 in TOEFL and graduate students should get no less than 6.5 in IELTS or 95 in TOEFL;
Ⅱ.Scholarship Standard
The scholarship is open to self-financed international students who apply for the undergraduate or Master’s Programs. The scholarship period is one year and the award standard is as follows:
First-class: exempt from tuition fee, accommodation fee;
Second-class: exempt from tuition fee;
Third-class: 50% deduction of tuition fee.
Chinese Government Scholarship Program
Applicants should apply through the official website of Chinese Scholarship Council and the School of International Education and Exchanges (hereinafter referred to as SIEE) of NEFU between November and March and post their application materials to SIEE.
Ⅰ. Eligibility
1. Applicants must be non-Chinese nationals in good health;
2. Education background required and age limit;
a) Applicants for bachelor degree studies must have graduated from high school and be under the age of 25;
b) Applicants for master degree studies must have bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35;
c)Applicants for doctoral degree studies must have master’s degree and be under the age of 40;
3. Language requirements:
a) For Chinese-taught programs, applicants should pass HSK Test Level 4.
b) For English-taught programs, bachelor degree applicants should get no less than 6.0 IELTS or 90 in TOEFL; master or doctor degree applicants should get no less than 6.5 IELTS or 95 in TOEFL.
4. Excellent results in study;
5. Applicants should have good ability in scientific research;
6. The scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarship.
Ⅱ.Details of the Scholarship
1. Exempt from tuition fee, on-campus accommodation fee and application fee;
2. CNY 800 per year for Comprehensive Medical Insurance;

International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship
Ⅰ SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE
The scholarship supports tuition, accommodation, living allowance(excluding four-week study program students) and comprehensive medical insurance.The monthly allowance for undergraduates, one-year study program students and one-semester study program students is RMB 2,500 per person per month.
Ⅱ ELIGIBILITY
1.Be a non-Chinese citizen;
2.Be friendly to China, have no criminal record, abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of NEFU;
3.Be in good physical and mental health, be in good academic and behavioral standing;
4.Be interested in Chinese language education and related work;
5.Be aged between 16 and 35 years. The maximum age limit for in-service Chinese teachers may be extended to 45, but those who apply for a scholarship for a Bachelor’s degree shall be younger than 25 under most circumstances.
Ⅲ CATEGORIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Scholarship for One-Year Study Program
The program commences in September each year, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of eleven months. International students who have benefited from similar scholarships are not eligible.
Applicants of international Chinese language education programs shall have a minimum score of 270 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required. Applicants of Chinese language and literature, Chinese history, or Chinese philosophy programs shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 4) and 60 on the HSKK test (Intermediate Level). Applicants of Chinese language study programs shall have a minimum score of 210 on the HSK test (Level 3), and priority will be given to applicants who provide an HSKK test score.
2.Scholarship for One-Semester Study Program
 The program commences either in September this year or March next year and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of five months. Applicants holding the X1/X2 visa category are not eligible.
Applicants of international Chinese language education, Chinese language and literature, Chinese history, or Chinese philosophy programs shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required. Applicants of traditional Chinese medicine or Taiji culture programs are required to provide HSK test scores, and priority will be given to those who also provide an HSKK test score.
3. Scholarship for Four-Week Study Program
The program commences either in July or December each year and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of four weeks. Applicants holding the X1/X2 visa category are not eligible.
Applicants of Chinese language study, traditional Chinese medicine, Taiji culture, or Chinese language plus homestay with a Chinese family program are required to provide an HSK test score. The program may be organized and applied for by a Recommending Institution with 10-15 participants per group.
